That’s the only reference I can find, CF also suggested that the creditable proposal would allow for the payment of a substantial dividend. That suggests to me that the proposal was acceptable but was then withdrawn or never proceeded? Since then we have only had in discussions with a party based in Hong Kong and a party based in Russia.

EIEOI the loan is reported to be from the G7 countries and separate from the 10 year finance and defence agreement signed off between America and Ukraine.

The repayments of the loan will be made from the annual interest garnished from the seized Russian assets. The money is provided by the G7 who will repay themselves using the interest from Russian assets
