They own any gold found in the bulk sampling and can sell it and receive the proceeds after a 4% royalty.

My interpretation of GL's statement is that the money is there and that it is the precise terms which require negotiation.

It shouldn't be forgotten that the negotiations are with the lenders but, also, between the partners themselves, given that only ANGS is in a position to offer equity kickers, Saltfleetby Energy not being quoted.

... You'd think there was a line around the block to lend to ANGS - there isn't and they will have to take what they are offered.
