What was interesting about the RCJ hearing RNS is the volume of trading it generated, suggesting potential buyers are out there just waiting for a reason to buy back in.

In addition to the Company's counsel, SCC's defence will be joined by counsel for the Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government acting as an interested party with respect to UK planning policy and guidelines.

For Alba, it's the hearing on the 17th and 18th that matters, it concerns an application for a judicial review of SCC's decision in favour of production at HH, (the SCC planing meeting on the 27th concerns Loxley, in which Alba has no involvement).

2 different things:

hearing on 17th and 18th re application for judicial review of SCC's production decision re HH;

Loxley planning consent committee meeting on 27th.

UKOG's hearing is on the 17th and 18th, that's next week.

That's really livened up the market: 191.9m shares traded now, the majority in the last 10 minutes.

Horse Hill Judicial Review

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) announces that a hearing regarding an application for judicial review ("JR") of Surrey County Council's ("SCC") September 2019 consent for long-term production at the Company's 85.635% owned Horse Hill oil field, will take place on 17-18 November. The hearing will be held via videoconference from the Planning Court of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
