Crocqman, a couple of detailed points:
1) UKOG's Loxley planning committee meeting isn't being appealed, it's being re-run, because it failed to meet the requirements of a planning committee meeting, having been the first such virtual meeting held by SCC;
2) 25/11 is the deadline for the Balcombe planning officer's recommendation, but , as far as I am aware, he can deliver his recommendation earlier if he is in a position to do so.
