Again, if we go back to the sum-of-the-parts calculation of Angus's June 21 presentation and uplift Saltfleetby by 54% for the updated CPR, we have:

• Saltfleetby £30.8m low risk,
• Lidsey £15m moderate risk
• Geothermal £8m higher risk

SoTP: £53.8m vs Market Cap of £8.8m or 5.5p per share v 0.90p at the present time.

Was forgetting that the updated CPR lifted AEWB's P50 post-tax future net revenue by +54%.

If we take the 1.67p evaluation of Angus's 51%-share of Saltfleetby based on AAOG's RNS of 04/05/21 and uplift it by 54%, we have a valuation of 2.57p per share, without allowing anything for any of Angus's other assets.

A.The lenders technical advisers and Angus evaluated the deliverability of the existing two wells as being likely to be greater than 5 mmscfd. The reasoning was twofold. In the last years of delivery to the old Conoco refinery, average production was constrained by persistent issues with the main compressor at Theddlethorpe. Secondly it was the view of technical experts that, following a prolonged shut-in, the two wells should have improved deliverability in the first 18 months or so of operations. This is because prior to shut in there was an area of reduced pressure around the producing wells. Since then the pressure has equilibrated across the field resulting in significantly higher pressure around the producers. So it is our view that the hedged production should be able to be covered by these two wells in the event of failure of the sidetrack

since the RNS announcing the postponement of further drilling at Basur-3 until seismic data has been collected and interpreted.

After 3 months of little further news, any positive news now re Basur, Loxley, HH, might make quite an impact on the share price.

So the valuation contained in AAOG's RNS of 04/05/21 was well before the very substantial rise in natural gas prices.

Lidsey appears to be coming along in line with their hopes for the present and they are now convinced geothermal is a commercial proposition.

I have no idea why Angus's share price is stuck around the 0.90-1.00p level but the upside potential is, to my eyes, obvious.

£8m for 25% of Saltfleetby from the AAOG RNS dating back to 04/05/21 gives us £16.32m for Angus's 51% or 1.67p per share, without allowing anything for any of Angus's other assets.

Would have thought a small team of miners should be able to co-habit with a colony of bats, the underground passages and spaces look to be extensive.

No, not 2, wasn't it the equivalent of about a half of an olympic swimming pool?

It's been a disappointing share price performance for most of this year.

Wasn't the delay in obtaining the dewatering permission one of the principal reasons for this under-performance? So wasn't the denial of the permission already in the share price (or very largely so)?

With the Greenroc Mining IPO behind them and £850k of cash returning/returned to them, they are relatively comfortably placed to consider their next move.
