They aren't seeking to "wow" the market, they are seeking to develop their assets, in N Wales and in Greenland.

The market will respond to the development of their plans as it thinks appropriate, hopefully by recognising the exciting potential of the assets and that management knows what it is doing to exploit that potential.

It looks as if the protestors believe the announcement of the decision is very close.

In fact, thinking about it, that looks a bit desperate, as if the protestors are expecting the decision to go against them and in favour of UKOG.

Can't imagine the inspector will be very impressed by the protestors' action, just ahead of the announcement of his decision.
