France was able to put a 4% limit on energy price increases because Nuclear provides almost 70% of their power. Gas is only around 7% of their energy mix.

They can't consolidate their share of HH's revenues because their interest in HHDL is a minority interest.

UKOG can, because it holds a majority interest in HHDL.

It really is as simple as that.

They have work to do everywhere they have turned their attention in North Wales, the potential is very exciting.

The placing was announced Thursday evening and done by 9:09 the following morning.

2 trading days on and the shock of the announcement is in the process of being absorbed by the market.

Of course the revenue is received by HHDL, that is the company in which Alba and Dor hold shares.

Given that Alba and Dor's interests are minority interests, they can't consolidate HHDL's revenues in their accounts.
