Alba has released a new corporate presentation which includes 2 pages on HH, the 1st being a photo. The 2nd, page 29, includes these comments:

Several opportunities identified
Plans for further production wells to be drilled in future in order to
ramp up production volumes

On page 4, Strategy, note the prominence given to 3, "Secure additional complementary assets that meet requirements of being either brownfield (ex-production) or advanced exploration (previous drilling)".

A number of negative posters on this board and others don't seem to have any personal knowledge of the stock market, I think it may be why they tend to avoid discussion of the share price itself.

Last minute modifications, I imagine.

Haven't you taken that extract from last year's presentation dated 09/02/21?

Where does "+ 50% of additional costs for anything over $1.5m" come from?

UKOG would have been liable to pay its share of 50% or $2.5m. It is, in fact, paying the first $5m. The additional $2.5m is the price it is paying to buy into the licence.

New disclosure RNS:

PI picked up 9m on Friday to take holding to 20m.

AME contributes its 50%-share once expenditure exceeds $5m, so UKOG's price for buying into the licence was 50% of $5m, ie $2.5m.

Unlikely.

Sufficient funds remain available to deliver the planned sidetrack and seismic programme (RNS of 01/02, 6 days ago).

But, agreed in that UKOG are showing signs of becoming more investor relations savvy.

Only management know the identity of the potential bidders ... and they aren't telling.

Not convinced by FOTH's sense of timing re UKOG.

You have said yourself that TPAO is drilling all around the Resan licence area, so TPAO gives the impression of treating Resan as a more interesting prospect than yourself.

The investment group abrdn has become the latest company to fall victim to problems in global supply chains after a dearth of paper caused a delay to the investor vote on its £1.5bn takeover of Interactive Investor. (from Citywire's morning round-up of the papers).

My response is always the same: the oil price is of importance for the prospects in Turkey and the prospective operating margin of Basur-3S.

Stephen Sanderson, UKOG's Chief Executive commented:

"Our strategy at Basur-Resan centres around the cost effective and timely establishment of an inaugural producing well within the licence. Consequently, to ensure drilling commences as soon as possible, we continue to advance drilling preparations concurrently with Phase 1 fast track seismic processing.
