A rise in a stock can begin with modest volume, all it requires is for the volume of buys to exceed the volume of sells.

If that rise continues in steadily increasing volume, then we may well have something interesting on our hands.

But, personally, now, at 0.30p, I think you are way too pessimistic about their prospects:

1/ on classic market metrics, they are very substantially undervalued;

2/ they are on the cusp of undertaking an inorganic growth strategy.
