CIBSE report28 Dec 2017 11:36
I've been hoping that we'll see a report, perhaps not too dissimilar to this one, any day now:
"Small and mighty – the performance of a fuel cell micro-CHP" (Posted in November 2015)

Initial results show the maximum heat recovered is about 1,000W at the return temperature of 15°C, and 300W at 45°C, which corresponds to an average combined efficiency of about 85%.
...
The micro-CHP system generates 1.5kW of electricity and about 200 litres of hot water a day, reducing both heat and energy bills.

published imminently. Our peak efficiency is supposedly 91%. I don't think we know what it is under normal working conditions.
For reference:
"Product Update: Development target exceeded" (18 July 2017)

As set out in the Company's half year report, the Company has been working to advance its microCHP boiler towards commercialisation. To this end, improvements to the design of the Company's Stirling engine technology, including simplification as part of the 'design for manufacture' ("DFM") process, have resulted in a peak electrical output in excess of 3.2kW of electricity against the unit's benchmark output of 3.0kW, whilst maintaining the same fuel input and heat output.

"Collaboration Agreement with the CIBSE" (16 August 2016)

===
The agreement is to enable the CIBSE to produce a formal peer review, by evaluating Inspirit's micro-CHP boiler, the "Inspirit Charger", against other micro-CHP products currently available in the market. The peer review will be available to CIBSE members, the Government and its stakeholders, providing impartial information as to the application and benefits within regulatory assessment measures of this new and very exciting development in heat and power delivery for homes and commercial properties.
...
The CIBSE will commence the project immediately, providing project management, execution and implementation in order to gather the data necessary to produce a report. Inspirit will provide access to its field trial data as well as offering technical and commercial guidance. It is expected that the final report will be published by the end of 2017.
