...that it intends to amend the terms and conditions of the securitisation bonds, named Inspirit Energy GBP Securitisation Bonds, having ISIN MT0001111369 (the "Terms and Conditions") and redeem all the securities by the end of December 2017.
The Board of Directors of the Company do not have objection to the proposed amendment of removing the Lock up Period, in the Terms and Conditions.
===
Now why would that have been brought forward to the end of December I wonder... Have we found ourselves a backer who wants the loose ends tidying up? Silence from the BoD is eerie ;-) This clearly fell through:
"Statement re share price movement" (3 May 2017)
http://www.inspirit-energy.com/investors/rns-news-detail?id=ry6jg8x
===
Further to the share price movement today, Inspirit confirms that it is in discussions with Argentarius ETI Management Ltd about structuring a fixed interest bond instrument for the Company of up to 2 million.
===
but the question is, was it replaced with something better given our development target was exceeded:
"Product Update: Development target exceeded" (18 July 2017)
===
To this end, improvements to the design of the Company's Stirling engine technology, including simplification as part of the 'design for manufacture' ("DFM") process, have resulted in a peak electrical output in excess of 3.2kW of electricity against the unit's benchmark output of 3.0kW, whilst maintaining the same fuel input and heat output.
...
The DFM process is the means by which the manufacturing cost of the technology is reduced through engineering improvements and through improved manufacturability. The DFM process has already yielded several engineering improvements and manufacturing cost reductions and more are expected. Improved manufacturability leverages volume based cost reductions which will be available once commercial production starts.

We could be so close to commercialisation, yet holders are clearly selling. Bonkers. Of course it's a gamble, and perhaps it's me that is bonkers! I think it's likely we'll find out within weeks/a month or two. GLA!
