Correct @tomcat - it isn't in the published HoT. @Kiran said it here @11:50:
"Cadence #KDNC" (27 June 2018)

... and we also have an area of exclusivity, so PREM can't stake areas around it without approaching KDNC first

There - it's in writing ;-) Anyone going to the AGM might want to see if they can get @Kiran to repeat and expand on this?
@tomcat - the gamble with Sonora was that our JV's would turn out to be more economically attractive to mine before the LV, or we managed to sell for good value. This didn't turn out to be the case despite the hope and hype coming from certain sectors... However, despite this I'm very bullish on our JV's in Sonora - just that at this point, without BCN yet to achieve funding for the 17.5ktpa mine, never mind the expansion to 35ktpa and the 50ktpa and beyond we really need to value out the Mexilit JV, the market is (sadly) assigning pretty much zero value to it. Infinite upside though - every cloud has a lithium lining. ;-)
@Dallas - given the depth of the (majority) of the lithium in the JV next to the LV deposit, the grades would need to have been higher for the JV to be mined first. Once the grades came in, and it started to become clear that the LV was going to be mined first as that project would be more valuable, we started to buy into BCN. Surely this is all obvious now? - in hindsight! It certainly seems a fairly consistent story to me now. What pieces of history don't seem to fit for you?
