Just look how much is attributable to us:

Practically all sources on the internet believe Ganfeng own 100%, including Ganfeng in places! lol. Bit of an awakening coming I reckon...
This might be of interest to new comers.

Yeah - looks like FOMO to me. Any deal, and I mean practically ANY deal on Sonora announced this week could bag or multibag us IMHO...
From the interims a few months back. From my perspective evidence is pointing to a private public partnership. Whether we'll be in the mix or sell out is anybodies guess. Personally hope we sell and retain a royalty, ideally over all of Sonora, though if the sale price is sufficiently large, over just our JV area will be fine :-)))
"We are constantly examining possible legislative changes, and Gangfeng is ensuring that the mineral concessions remain legitimate. It is our current view that the Decree passed by the senate only impacts licenses, concessions, or contracts to be granted, NOT already those already granted, as is the case for the Sonora Lithium Project. Therefore, at this point, we do not believe there is a material impact on our joint venture areas."
And in case you missed it over on EMH, lithium continues to rise :-)

Anyone new looking in on the rise might want to take a look at:

lol @Mullins. What's everyone's best guess on the day the plan will be detailed? Almost certainly we'll here this week. :-)))
Sonora Plan detailed at COP27 is more likely IMHO... Given how much of Sonora we have attributable to us, I find it incredible the market is asleep on this opportunity... yes I've been taking advantage of it :-)))
How many years in the waiting for the big S to come good? Very surprised more aren't buying the free bet - or is the FOMO only just starting :-)))
Oh, and iron ore has been rising and shipping costs sinking recently.
Lithium continuing to rise...

Wow - good spot @daveri. Exciting and quite reassuring in equal measure! Here's the link for reference:

The standstill agreement allows CEZ to takeout the remaining balance of the project at an independent valuation, but it is not allowed, by the agreement, to acquire EMH for less than the look through value of the independent valuation.

So presumably they've seen something we haven't, or been told it - unless someone can provide the source to that statement? Interesting, very interesting. The comments to the tweet include an interesting valuation table. For reference Lithium Hydroxide is currently at $83/kg :-)))

Nice find @Barksy. Reuters reporting it a few hours ago too:
"COP 27-Mexico to make major climate commitment, says John Kerry" (NOVEMBER 2, 2022)
https://www.reuters.com/article/climate-un-mexico-kerry-idAFL1N31Y2OI
===[
Kerry said the United States had urged nations around the world to raise the amount each country pledges to reduce greenhouse gas emissions - and expected new commitments to be announced “in the next few days.”
“I was just in Mexico a few days ago and we will have a major announcement, which President Lopez Obrador has agreed to with respect to what Mexico is now going to undertake,” Kerry added during a news conference ahead of his travel to Egypt for the U.N. summit.
“That will be significant because that is not where we were in the time of Glasgow,” he said, referring to the last U.N. climate summit.

And that $100B of in ground value associated to our Sonora holding @ $70/kg just got more valuable:

I can't think of a single other company flying more under the radar than us - so few holders that realise what might be about to land. No doubt if it does land many will say it was impossible to know in advance this might be on the cards. Let me say now: I believe it is firmly on the cards that we about to realise our investment of nearly 10 years in Sonora as part of the "Sonora Plan", and I can't see it being for peanuts given the big names involved and the increasing Lithium demand and prices.
It doesn't help that pretty much all of the wider market believes Ganfeng now owns 100% of the Sonora Lithium Project resources and reserves...
Indeed I haven't forgotten @EV, been adding steadily over the past few weeks - feels like a free bet to me that our JV's with MT of LCE attributable to us, which the BoD recently confirmed are still valid, are central to the Sonora Plan. BWTFDIK? DYOR!
Excellent! :-)
Oh, and don't think we didn't notice the silence on Sonora speaking volumes! ;-)
Indeed - values the 30% at $33m...
Yup. In ground value of over $600B @ $70/kg of which $100B is currently associated with KDNC... wakey wakey. :-)))
Yes @Mullins. Most paying attention will be aware we could be about to finally get good, perhaps great, fantastic even news from an asset which has been nearly 10 years in the making, which many here helped facilitate with the various fund raises over the years:
"REM signs Lithium farm-in deal in Northern Mexico" (14 February 2013)
http://irservices.netbuilder.com/ir/cadence/newsArticle.php?ST=REM&id=861147
If not over the next few days, news WILL eventually land one way or another relating to Sonora, it has to really given all that is going on. Time to knock this share price out of the park @Kiran, 29p and beyond eh? ;-)
@degsie. MRE has been published, unless we hear to the contrary ORE is still due this month.
