Good spot @Cause. I make it they have at least 137kt they have processed and sat ready to ship somewhere... If the ship hadn't turned up on our radar the day after the apparent ruling from the higher court, I'd say it was for them, not us.

LoL @tomcat. The deal may be "done", but it ain't "dusted" otherwise the banks would have surely withdrawn their appeal to the higher courts. Fortunately (from my point of view, not for everyone's) the higher courts appeared to rule on DEV's side, not the banks, and we are where we are - waiting once again... ;-)
