Good analysis @Zoom! Just wondering if you've seen the JRP? My interpretation of it is that the funds which would take us to 49% of the JV *IS* the equity element of the CapEx enabling the debt portion - so no further dilution of the JV holders would be necessary. Of course if we don't sell an asset to enable us to go to 49% (assuming we are offered this opportunity in the first place) then KDNC shareholders might be diluted, assuming we don't take a loan against assets, perhaps something akin to a (close your eyes @Bannor!) CLN. Smaller slice of a much larger pie is fine by me! ;-)

I'll be surprised if this scenario is playing out, but I do like the idea that JG has set the market up to think that the news release was in order to get the warrants exercised and potentially to get a placing, when in fact it might be to allow him and his cohorts to buy shares off those selling on the back of this misplaced belief.

Is he that clever? That cunning? I'm suspicious as it seems to be playing out exactly as I predicted so far, which is never what you expect on AIM! LoL. And where does CH fit into this? I presume he's been holding or buying, but if he's been selling then what a tidy profit!

With around half the company changing hands today (1,515,836,100 according to HL) we might see some interesting TR-1's over the next few days! ;-)

And before anyone asks, I haven't got a clue which direction the share will head in the morning or where it will end! LoL.

I'm sorry that you misunderstood that @Alexios, especially if it influenced your behaviour, but there can be no doubt in my mind that it is 12 months from the conversion date as the warrant conversion has to come *after* the conversion of the loan, which didn't have a time limit associated with it, and at the conversion price.

The "date of issue" is the date of issue of the warrants.

@Alexios. The warrants expire 1 year after the date of conversion, which was November and December 2019.

But will they hold them to help with the vote, or have they forward sold them today? Interesting, but not particularly unpredictable!

Just out of interest what do people think the MM's will open the share at off the previous afternoon's close if the news lands of 20% ownership in a 7am RNS? If it landed tomorrow could we expect it to open in the 20's? But who would sell in the 20's? Is 30's possible? I'm talking open, not some time later after many trades (which will be up, and down, and down, and up. you know. AIM!) where 40-70p+ is possible depending on the mood!

I thought it interesting that production of hydrogen and other green gas from the "super power" wasn't mentioned at: https://www.rethinkx.com/energy I personally think it will be in the transitional stages to 2030 in countries with extensive gas networks. Post 2030 (ish!) it's practically all SWB (Solar, Wind, Battery) - with an emphasis on Solar over Wind.

FFS. Record a presentation. Publish it on the website or YouTube. Tell shareholders to watch it. It's not difficult! Don't mention anything to do with CH, you'll only make it worse. Explain as credibly as you can the recent history, successes AND failures, the current situation and plans for the near term and a vision for further out. Pitch the company or risk losing it.

I'm pretty flabbergasted at the BoD's response. There was literally nothing which explained to me with conviction why a shareholder should vote against what is being proposed. They focused on completely the wrong angle IMHO - I don't want to hear about your falling out with CH, I want to hear why I should put faith in YOU that YOU can deliver on your promises. Answers to very reasonable questions aired on here and put forward by CH!

If it wasn't for the likely low turnout I'd say they would be well on the way to losing the vote. Perhaps we'll see a blow your lights out progress report, revealing partnership names and contracts, accompanied by an exercise of their warrants to boost their percentage ownership in the run up to the vote? No idea - perhaps we'll hear nothing, and the warrants will silently expire, though I was expecting them to (essentially) get shares for free, via the warrants, in lieu of salary...

I notice all mention of the Inspirit Charger estimated delivery date of 2021 has vanished from the website...

For reference our estimated OPEX is $21/t and it's quite possible that this has further reduced following recent improvements in the exchange rate. The JRP used 3.6 (IIRC). 2011 it was below 2. It's currently 5.74. Hold on to your socks! LoL. ;-)

@Cause. I can't remember if I've discussed with you why this project is so attractive at this point in time, but it's partly to do with the USD to BRL exchange rate. Compare what it was in 2011/12 with what it is now. :-)))
