Hard to call rodders. Planning meeting end March, is the Portland CPR tied into that just in case there are questions r.e the water reinjection well that the CPR hinges on? End of ewt test...I think we're all in the dark on the official permits dates. Next drill... I expect to see prep work starting in the run up to hh1 ewt finish. IOW planning may be further down the track if they had a visit just last week.
I definitely believe that the French invested in the expectation of oil, and bailed early when BB had issues. Would they 'trade' and play AIM roulette with such large sums of money? So, maybe they are back on the proof of concept from HH, maybe it's not then at all? But we can be sure that it's not an average PI. GL.
'easy' is relative Ifonly. There's nothing easy about drilling an oil well regardless if it's on land or at sea. BB, Lindsey, Brockham all prime examples of different issues. But the fundamentals have been proven at HH. They can get oil out of the kimmeridge formation and there is rather a lot of oil down there.
Ifonly we will have to wait and see what Monday brings. Fridays rise wasn't traded back down and we finished near session highs. There is a very exciting program of activities all through 2019. A lot of people will have been trying to call the bottom and are realising that they won't see a penny entry point. Plus some meaty buying going on that does not look like average Joe PI's.
I think that the penny is starting to drop now (pardon the pun). Portland has exceeded expectations. KL3_4 are connected that will result in an increased CPR. People would have been waiting for the drop towards 1p before getting in. That number is disappearing fast in the rear view mirror. We have taken the pain already securing additional acreage and these assets will start to be realised from here on in. Soon to be self funding with each 1000bopd well generating $22m in its first year having cost only $5m to drill. Still potential for unforseen risks, SS might fall down one of the well cellars. GL.
1.68 is good when we were staring at the prospect of 1.00 just a couple of weeks ago. Small rise in penny terms but welcome respite none the less. Still a long way off b/e for me but hopefully we will continue our climb into Portland CPR, production planning approval, HH2 and HH1z.
It will be interesting to see if the next person to spout 2000bopd from Brockham attracts as much derision. Will anyone pull them on their unsubstantiated claim? I suspect not as the rampers motives are aligned to the genuine holder....sp increase. Neither a ramper nor a deramper be.
Baits, 100% agree on honesty. I didn't clock that instance that you are referring to. People do act on posts from boards like this and on twitter, people who don't know any better. knowingly and deliberately trying to mislead is very bad form and unfortunately AIM is full of it.
I appreciate the efforts of those that post pics . If I lived local and could get intel before anyone else I'd trade on it for sure as would 99% of others. The guys post the pics and their comments, how you interpret them is up to you. GG even took stick on here too this week after being the best thing since sliced bread previously. Fickle world. Keep the pics coming folks. GL.
Permission to use the pump sounds like something that will be resolved very quickly. Of more concern to me is the fact that a basic oil well tool such as a pump was not listed in the original submission. No contingency planning on Angs part.
Any serious investor in ukog will take today's rns as further confirmation of the potential that they have invested in. Yes there is very little new info in it and yes the proof will be in the pudding but it's great to see a clear strategy that every half decent company should have. We've already paid up front for these forward plans with dilution hence the sp being out of whack at the minute. My opinion is that there will be one more raise but that's it. Grow from oil revenues from then on. GL.
