Looks like you were right about them holding back the results Penstock - Bens Creek expects to announce its full year results for the year to 31 March 2023 on Wednesday, 27 September 2023.

My personal opinion is they either have or they’ve decided to go with the biologically effective dose. Could be a 50% chance they have? 😉

Timstar it states the amended protocol is to be based on evaluation of Phase 1a data. But that can only happen and the decision made of the exact design of Phase 1b when the data has been reviewed. Including a direct comparison of straight dox will be very useful in demonstrating the benefits of AVA6000. So the company may well be still finalising the details?

The study brief states “Phase 1b (Dose Expansion): The dose-expansion phase will comprise 1 to 3 expansion arms in specific tumour types to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AVA6000 at the MTD or RP2D when administered as monotherapy. The tumour types to be explored in Phase 1b, will be determined based on evaluation of the Phase 1a data and the protocol will be amended accordingly”.

Based on the little or no dose limiting side effects could we see the study being widened? Headline “cure for cancer?” 🤔

Greedo if there was an RNS confirming an offer I’d agree. I’m just speculating what might be behind the SP rise. Could be commercialisation news / end of cohort P1a start of P1b but something seems to have incentivised buying?
