Doesn’t this agreement simply mean the three groups together could purchase a lot more shares (than how the company was previously structured) without having to notify under the takeover code?

The report is dated March 2023 and it mentions SaliStick tests under recent developments and says they will become available [in various named locations] from Nov 2022 ? 🤔

Must have taken a while to write the report! 😂

It also would mean that they’d have sold out too cheaply (IMHO)

When the year end results are due (Nov?) we should see a significant rise in the share price - I’ll be very interested in the ‘Trade and Other Receivables’ portion / plus any dividend declaration!

Anyone else seeing a comparison here with Abingdon which has an improvement over an existing billion dollar product yet the share price there doesn’t yet seem to fully factor in ? 🤔

So we got to 15p on news selling via Superdrug and then drifted back down. Now we are selling via Tesco as well and the share price is 11.5p? Much more to go here. I’m a new investor in Abingdon but a long term holder now ;-) GLA

This is obviously market sensitive information but isn’t there a duty to release such information in a timely manner? Unless of course they are entirely in the dark about when it might complete🤔

11 weeks from RNS stating first patient dosed in 5th cohort to completion of 5th cohort so if they started the sixth cohort immediately then completion of current cohort should not be before the first week in September?

Until then they are ‘just getting on with it’ 🤔 Hopefully I don’t have to sell at these before then and the SP will then receive quite a boost! Especially if they then are looking to move onto the next phase in the trial. GLA

Yes the date of 12th June the share price was about 50% higher than todays price. 🤔 very strange that there’s no reaction 🤨
