Before Dr Tap came aboard I thought he mentioned if AVA6000 works then overnight(?) it would become the standard of care?

I’d like to see some discussions of the two week data vs the three week data as it doesn’t seem to have any clearly identified advantages yet. They seem to have lumped it all together in the last RNS

With 80 plus deals behind him let’s hope he has a few more to announce - taking his time though 🤨

Are you working closely with the FDA (discussions, suggestions, guidance) to get AVA6000 approved? Are you applying for Breakthrough Therapy or any other designation from the FDA? Are you applying for any designations from the MHRC or EMA?

We cannot provide further information on the regulatory strategy for AVA6000 other than what was in the presentation. To do so could jeopardise our discussions with the regulatory bodies and potentially prevents us from protecting new intellectual property. We will do so when we have concluded our discussions with the FDA and other regulatory bodies – in mid-2024.

As frustrating as it is for us shareholders to be waiting it must be even more for cancer sufferers who aren’t on the trial - I would hope that the FDA give due consideration to granting AA (although I do think the company has to apply for this before it can be considered / just hope they’re not trying to get it ‘perfected’ too much).

I’d be very surprised if they haven’t reduced by next week. Although I certainly don’t mind them keeping it open. If any of the expected news (multiple possibilities - TO, AA, Licensed, several patients in remission etc) gets released at that point GSA trying to get out should then help turbo charge the uplift in SP.

They last reduced their short inJuly when the SP was on another upward trajectory. As we approach results day I could see SH continuing to add here - certainly seems so since the RNS

Dr Tap said overnight AVA6000 could become the standard of care if it works (paraphrasing him). The abstract about concluded AVA6000 results “in lower toxicity versus conventional dox”.

Surely we must be close to the FDA granting AA?
