Looking at the criteria for reporting it is only after the response has been seen with a 4 week interval that it can be reported. Therefore there may be other patients who are responding but not yet past their 4 week intervals that CC might be anticipating to be able to report on? see RECIST “To be assigned a status of PR or CR, changes in tumor measurements must be confirmed by repeat assessments that should be performed no less than 4 weeks after the criteria for response are first met. I think Avacta should be going for FDA accelerated approval for SGC as to quote from the RNS “The unmet need in this rare tumor type is very high, with metastatic salivary gland cancer having no preferred standard therapy.”

That was a surprise. Not a good sign having another delay but hopefully the accounts will still add up with enough estimated cash to continue as a going concern even if the auditors can’t estimate what time they required.
