Looking at the volume that’s been traded today (so far) 327m compared to average daily volume of 13m I certainly wouldn’t be surprised to see at least one or two notification of major holdings in the next day or so GLALTH’s

Hard headed business people don’t gamble on potential. They need to see proof of the business case. The ongoing trials - particularly with TNBC might be the catalyst for a raft of good news. FDA fast track approval could be announced with any one of the future trial results. It hasn’t arrived today but IMHO the RNS will come - eventually. The board are shaping up nicely and a great improvement on Tony G and big Al. The 🤬 who loved a Thursday RNS & didn’t do boosts but described this as the holy grail of cancer treatment - which at that stage it was over egging it.

Looking at the share trades it looks like that large trade might have been cancelled?

With a market cap of just over £5 million this is looking cheap for the IP they hold.

🤔 If the clinical results are as good as we’ve been led to believe then why haven’t these results been used for fast track / accelerated approval? This would help to secure institutional investment. Any such approval would bring potential for revenue forward and boost the share price making it easier to fund ongoing trials and pay off the CLN.

Current market cap 7.44 m vs savings from the study reported in the daily mail of $2b (a year) there’s a deal to be made as Iain states "The bedrock for the commercial success of this business and the source of vital non-dilutive funding will be through "doing deals" and I am confident it is not a case of "if" but "when".

Evaluation of target lesions

* Complete Response (CR):

Disappearance of all target lesions

* Partial Response (PR):

At least a 30% decrease in the sum of the LD of target lesions, taking as reference the baseline sum LD

* Progressive Disease (PD):

At least a 20% increase in the sum of the LD of target lesions, taking as reference the smallest sum LD recorded since the treatment started or the appearance of one or more new lesions

* Stable Disease (SD):

Neither sufficient shrinkage to qualify for PR nor sufficient increase to qualify for PD, taking as reference the smallest sum LD since the treatment started

So the next classification up from PR is a complete response 🤞GLA participants and SH’s

Excellent point BuenaVista - just rechecked the wording and your right “ His combined tumor diameter was reduced at the first scan by almost 50%, qualifying as a partial response.” Subsequent scans may show even greater improvements ?

Interesting to note it’s the company that has to apply for such approval (qualifies as commercially sensitive info - would they be obliged to release an RNS? 🤔) and the FDA then have sixty days to approve the request. “ Fast Track designation must be requested by the drug company. A request for the designation may be made at the same time, or any time after, the application submission for the investigation (study) of the drug (under section 505(i) or section 351(a)(3) of the Public Health Service Act). FDA will review the request and make a decision within sixty days based on whether the drug fills an unmet medical need in a serious condition.”

There were multiple minor responses reported previously (AACR April 2025) with just one partial response up till then.

Yesterday’s RNS news was that another one of this ongoing cohort has now qualified as a partial response (due to his tumour size decreasing by almost 50%). It’s entirely possible that there will be others as the disease control rate overall was 91% in April and treatments are ongoing .

If (as IMHO there likely will be) further partial responses reported these might well then be the catalyst for fast tracking approval? With the 4 week gap to confirm the response this might well be enough time to ensure the FDA would be ready to approve fast track approval in this tumour type that has an unmet need of a standard therapy (perhaps being released alongside any news of further responses?)
