Can anyone tell me why we are stuck at £2.50.... and not £5.50?

This should be at least £8 per share.... At this present time I would be more than delighted to buy shares if the share price was £5 or higher....

Why, how on earth is this down two days before ex-dividend. This makes ZERO sense. Do shares not follow the laws of going up when the dividend is so high?

Thats another good reason why I will never buy Centrica shares - terrible management from top to bottom - overbloated pay rises and a share price firmly on the rocks. Not a shareholder and never will while these bunch of lunatics run the company. Have they no dignity?

I am resigned to this hitting another record low - the trend is very clearly evident and they are going to exploit Brexit weakness with everything they got. This is on record my worst share price performance. With Fastjet I got out before it was shorted into the ground (quite literally).

Good price to average down - well that will only be known in retrospect.... thoroughly depressing share (-60% down In about a year). Brexit solution so far off and the can kicked down the road from March to April to May to June. Why any company would invest a penny in the UK is beyond me. The likelihood of a Brexit solution with the two main parties is ZERO! They pretend to work together, but each want entirely different things. There is no chance that Jeremy Corbyn will compromise and agree anything and the same can be said of Theresa May. What a bunch of Sheisters!

Well - they have managed to reduce debt by over £600 million - a reduction of c. 20% in little over three years. I think that's a pretty solid performance without the need to do a share placing. I cannot see a share placing being needed with their current performance and it would do untold damage if they tried to do so IMO.

Who knows where people will put their money in the new tax year. This has got to one of the best bargains on the stock market at the moment.

Shauny - seems to be heavily coordinated shorting today - AA down over 10% in two days and RMG started falling continuously from about 10.30am this morning with no let up - there is no way that fall has been precipitated by ordinary punters based on there being no news (either good or bad). This share does seem to operate on the basis of 10p, 20p falls or rises...

Seems like shorting is starting again in earnest. Seems to be the reason for the drop in RMG today and also in my other investment - the AA - that has gone down 10% despite the company delivering in line with expectations and winning more and more contracts. I despise shorters - they are societies wasters who make money destroying value. How its legal to borrow something and sell it and buy it back - I mean those terms (borrow, sell and buy back) just don't go together. Anyway - I am in for the long haul.

I think youll find weve taken the beating. FTSE powering ahead to 7400 - Royal Mail jist above water. Very frustrating that the recovery so far has been 3% rise from the bottom (after dropping 62%). I would be hard pushed to find many with this terrible record.

Maybe you might find the planet you came from Derek. The fact that you argued with my hyperbolic statement shows you, yourself, have little faith they will ever come to power. Even Neil Kinnock - who comes closest to Corbyn but was a far better leader, couldn't sweep to power.
