With the economy starting to pick up (houing market on the rise and PMI services index up highest since 2018), this is far too pessimistic. I wonder if Rico had missed expectations be a few million. TOTAL over-reaction!

Fruister - I am waiting on £24k from SVS administration. This is 100% undervalued. To be punished 10% drop for meeting all of the expectations is farcical!!! The outlook is what we expected - reduced letter volumes... increased parcels. Nothing has come out of the blue here.

This is definitely worth another punt for me. Trade unions will have to come to the table otherwise I see mass redundancies.

Was no one suprised at how little a 9% drop in letter volumes impacted letter revenue (-1.5%)... That reduction is a lot less than might have been expected.

Fundamental divergence between NAV at nearly £3.50 and current share price of £1.70. Trading at 5 times earnings...

I'm just looking at the refinancing arrangements - interest rate well above 5% up until kingdom come. I really think the debt is now totally unsustainable. £700 million @ 5.5% is £40 million debt interest a year, and then there is the other £1.5 billion... All they will be doing is paying interest. This share is not investable. Used to have £30k and made a loss of £15k... glad I sold up as its heading to the 10p lane!

I guess the thing that really encouraged me is the increasing margin (over 40%)... any small changes in fortune will really benefit this share price.

Absolutely do not see dividend being cut!!!!! It is well covered with FCF. If anything, tomorrow could see RMG announcing they are on course to meet the upper end of their profit guidance...

In the last few days stock market has been picking up and this is sitting 3 pence shy of another record low, despite the fact that the services sector is showing signs of picking up rapidly, and the economy is employing more people than ever before... despite the fact that we've had a bumper few months... despite the fact that they are on TARGET to meet profit expectations.... not sure what will move this.... but certainly we're now well below NAV per share and trading on 6 x earnings.... with all the uncertainty nearly behind us, I'm amazed this isn't trading in the £3-£5 range... absolutely amazed.

I've received news that £25k of my money in SVS is being released from the administration. Might be a day or two, so hope it stays low enough to trade into the rise. MASSIVELY undervalued. The company needs time to turnaround.

Yes - I really don't know how shorts reduce so much sometimes and it has no positive impact on the share price. Remember the last time they all but left the stage and the share price went down.... something is really really odd about how this all works... there is just something really unfair operating at the heart of the stock exchange!

Union nutters! Trade Unions are great at destroying company value and add nothing to man nor beast. Their industrial action is just an example of people destroying their own company ! it adds nothing to the lives of posties but destruction of share value.

Bought 299 shares @ £7.8808. Think its well overdone! Had to sell Lloyds (but at least made a profit on them).

I'm adding a few more - now that the market has valued this at 3 x free cash flow.... this is the most surreal moment in my investing life.... RMG touching near record lows on the back of it announcing near record sales and parcel growth (alongside a dividend) and this touching a market capitalisation of £2.6 billion, which it almost returned to shareholders this year alone.... It's absolutely a mad world - absolutely!!!!!

Bristolcupid - interesting comparisons... however, I had a good look at Card Factory's balance sheet, and guess what NAV is really really low compared to market capitalisation. RMG, on the other hand, have a NAV well in excess of £3 billion.
