Terrym, re your post yesterday about a legal professor podcast, (using see as an example for her legal students). I contacted her and included a few links to highlight some areas where I differ from some of her comments…she’s done another podcast which clearly demonstrates she’s done some research…I thought it might be of interest to you.

If the two front runners are see and seye, and each according to their broker are each expected to win 40% of the market, why have we been hiring engineers in such big numbers, while they have been cutting back staff by 10%… clearly only one of them will have the ability to cope with the work load.
The pr from seye is and always has been far better than ours, however the caveats from their broker are becoming ever clearer.
Forgetting to switch back between user accounts is a school boy error but it’s proof of obvious and blatant manipulation, worthy of being banned…Some people have no moral compass.
Anyone who is new to the game might actually believe that there could be grains of truth amongst the garbage being spouted.

There’s a common thread between long term holders, who each say that they identified the enormous global potential of see a long time ago, and have been slowly topping up ever since, currently with far larger holdings than would otherwise have been possible. There’s a lot of people who have very substantial holdings as a result.
When the share price rises, the hard part will be resisting the urge to sell too soon, which of course is where the institutional investors step in.
#Aviation weekly digest:
EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency has rejected a proposal to allow single-pilot air transport operations in Europe by 2030. The regulator is still considering limited single-pilot operations for certain phases of flight from 2027. It is unlikely that SPO will have an equivalent safety level of today’s multi-crew operations within that timeframe.

Welcome to the newbies, if I’d known 80+ people wanted the shirt I would have auctioned it. I’m very happy to auction the alternative prize, but not sure there’s such a huge market for second hand rags…the scouts turned it down to dress up their Guy on bonfire night.
It’s a bit rich me taking part but I’m happy to face a stewards enquiry when I win, so stick me down for £3.00

Since we are all expecting a plethora of news in the next few weeks, the sp aught to be changing significantly. This shirt with a see logo will be the end of March prize that I will send to the winner. I will let somebody else collate the sp guesses.
financial updates, KPI, NY presentation to institutional investors (and analysts) but perhaps even an aviation license … not to mention something potentially from the left field that see manage to have been quietly working on for years without anyone noticing.
Thank you to Sophie once again for supplying the prize .
To whom do I send the hat, kindly donated by Sophie.
Today is the last day of trading, if there’s a tiebreaker required we can have a guess off for the sp at close of trading on Friday between those who guessed correctly. Good luck everyone

To answer your questions Colin, we count Vauxhall and Opel as one OEM and also Citroen and Peugeot as one. We count Fiat, Chrysler, Opel and PSA as separate OEMs in the same group. We count the brand VW together with Skoda and Seat as one since they procure together. Porsche and Audi are two separate OEMs in the VW group. Hyundai and Kia is counted as one. Nissan, Renault and Mistubishi are three OEMs in the same group. How Cariad is counted will be decided when appropriate, the arrival of the software defined vehicle will surely change the game plan a bit. I hope this helps.
A slightly different update but from the same time as below
https://www.geplus.co.uk/news/woodsmith-tunnel-and-shafts-making-great-progress-following-reconfiguration-13-12-2022/
Baxter1, I can’t say that I’m surprised. I just couldn’t bring myself to say that I would rather have sent it to somebody else, because that’s grossly wrong on so many levels. However we’re all here to make money, so everyone including yourself was obviously hoping that somebody other than the lowest guess would win…(especially if it was one of the more ambitious guesses).
With your permission I will roll over the prize to the end of Jan.

Baxter1, if you’re the winner of last year’s guess the sp competition May I be the first to congratulate you, well done! If you would like me to post the see hat that I offered up as a prize then I will be very happy to do so. If you can send me a private message on telegram with your address I will sort it. Well done again.
