UpDown it’s a lot more complicated than your post is implying, Have a look back at the details of his performance package.
I also believe that there’s a very valid argument that world events outside of his control have disproportionately affected the timing of the performance bonus and that more time should be allowed to achieve the sp increases… but that’s for others to discuss. I just want the sp to increase both exponentially and soon!
In truth we have all been making these difficult decisions and I wish you well, I continue to hold at the moment but more through dogged determination than expectations of success. Annoyingly the asset is fantastic and available at a time when the metals are in ever greater need, in a politically stable country despite wider world disruptions. Finance as everybody knows remains the issue.
The irony is that this was my attempt at spreading the risk of my hugely unbalanced portfolio…
Good luck Bricks
Each of us started this road in a different position and each has a different perspective and goal. The important facts (for me)are what was the sp when you buy and what will it be when you sell. I am still gradually accumulating when funds allow, with eyes focused on the future, but support your decision and wish you well!
“Boxing way above our weight in the aviation division and making great progress “
“We’ve secured a material advantage with our dms in mirror technical excellence “
“Domestic Japanese tech is not competing with global dms… ie see “
With regards to the two 10m plus car manufacturers, I was always expecting to get the vw contract, but with all that’s been written about the Toyota Research Institute I was cautious with my expectations. To hear that domestic Japanese tech isn’t competing was a pleasant surprise.
The aviation progress has never been recognised by either the market or broker, this needs to be addressed.
A shortage of wiring harnesses due to the conflict in Ukraine has overtaken the semiconductor crisis.

I keep looking as I’m convinced that one day we’ll get the confirmation that we are a part of this, it’s just too good a fit for us not to…one day!
The CAE Rise system – Rise stands for Real-time insights and standardized evaluations – logs data from every time the exercise is undertaken, providing information to both the student and the instructor, permitting them to make any necessary intervention.
Data analytics and AI are used to identify issues that the student is having and flag an appropriate response. Once a high grade has been achieved consistently, the student can then proceed to the next phase, in which the instructor validates the student’s progress in a high-fidelity training device or aircraft.
Still didn’t like it … final effort

Apologies reposted with spaces https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-24296544https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsHK4HJu4Rwhttps://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2021/may/26/pilot-was-asleep-as-plane-flew-over-brisbane-and-gold-coast-report-finds
Unfortunately there’s lots but…“The pilot only responded after the plane had overflown its intended destination by more than 110km. He was instructed to head to Gold Coast airport where he safely landed.”https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2021/may/26/pilot-was-asleep-as-plane-flew-over-brisbane-and-gold-coast-report-findshttps://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-24296544https://www.youtube.com/The YouTube video at 1min20 secs is where see comes into the equation.
Unfortunately this happens a lot more often than people realise, but it’s unlikely to be reported let alone publicised by the pilots unless they actually overfly the destination …which is difficult to explain away.
Credit to seeing 2030.
For those unaware, our tech has formerly been an option but embedded in future Qualcomm iterations.
ceo said “semiconductor demand is still outstripping supply but the start of 2023 will be a good spot for Qualcomm.”
“We’re winning the future of the automotive industry “
How big is the car opportunity for Qualcomm …“it’s massive “

Can anyone remember the details… I seem to recall that we were involved in the T7A RedHawk advanced training aircraft (for NZ?) but cannot find the article.
Just wondering if the order for 351 aircraft, Our security clearance to work US military and the previous connection with the T7A RedHawk are connected.
ST. LOUIS, April 28, 2022 — Boeing [NYSE: BA] has unveiled the first T-7A Red Hawk advanced trainer jet to be delivered to the U.S. Air Force. The jet, one of 351 the U.S. Air Force plans to order, was unveiled prior to official delivery.

IMHO the most significant part of this news is that despite not having reached profitability ourselves, there’s both sufficient funds and sufficient confidence from our leadership for us to commit to $5m further widening our technology lead over our competitors… perhaps our BOD know somewhat more than they have let on….

Qantas, Emirates, L3Harris, us military, CAE, Fed Ex, various air traffic control centres, Boeing,Airbus and a myriad of others, take your pick who we might get to cross the line with first. We have created something new in a highly regulated field, it was always going to be tortuous…but highly lucrative and over extended time scales.
