Flight contract26 May 2018 19:51
Mr BB we were given guidance on the aviation side of seeing Machines in March, due to the time taken to get certified for aviation purposes, they are looking at a 2 year timescale. Since there is known strong, and growing competition between our different divisions of auto fleet medical etc, I would imagine a project 2 years away will struggle to compete when vying for resources. With auto and fleet currently flying so high it doesnt take a great imagination to assume aviation is grounded...sorry, no thats unfair, aviation is continuing quietly in the background.
The big railway (-number 1 )contract however...plus all of the other oem contacts that are now required...that is another story that will hopefully entertain us shortly. My personal opinion is that aviation will become a huge part of the company, it is often overlooked on this board because of the lead time, and the prominence of auto, but its day will come.
