Parker was brought in for a reason and I don't think that has been to watch the interims be late considering his background..

They are SAR, and they will provide the value to us shareholders one day... If they have made 4 best in class molecules then the true value is their knowledge on compound design which in the cancer battle is invaluable. We'll see how things pan out.

The value in Sar is IMO 3 things, Tim, John and SKIL platform. That's the true value of this company.

Problem being nearly everything is out of their hands, we use labs across the world and do nothing in house so we can't control any delays but you would think after nearly 10years with this business model we could get some timings correct to within a 3 month window. All of these moans will not be relevant when they announce the tyk2 licence though, and it is definitely a case of when and not if. Those who have done the research or at least read what Thoth posts can see the value in this company, 10bags minimum on tyk2 licence. And we have 2 of them to licence..

Aurora+flt3 should have finished pre-clinical studies Q4 2017. Tyk2 autoimmune lupus model date was due Q3 2017. Tyk2 cancer, synergy with immune checkpoint blockers was expected Q2/Q3 2017. So basically aurora should now be in P1 trials in China and both tyk2 programs should be in pre-clinical with candidates selected. They should have also either in-licensed a molecule or took something else from SKIL by now as Tim has mentioned they like to have 3 compounds on the go and with chk1 waved bye bye then a gap is present potentially with another one going this year. Very surprising that we havent heard anything on all of this, they increased spend on tyk2 a year ago. If its nothing big which would be a nice surprise then we must be close to these molecules progressing. I guess the outlook from the interims will shed some light on the future of Sareum. Tim has previously said in a video interview that if you have the right target and the right molecule then you can license at any time. The tyk2 lack of information is deafening considering we have put all our money into that development for months. Would it be possible that they are not permitted to update the market under a current NDA for licensing of the molecule. If that's the case then surely they would have to either conclude the deal before interims or state in interims that a deal is being concluded. Just don't say it will be before December.. Too long has passed for this delay to have been chk1 related. IMO

Half expecting a business as usual RNS from Sar, 15% rise intraday and then back to nothing.. Until that ever elusive tyk2 license but which I hope comes before Sierra price starts to head north. Lets hope Sareum take the road of promising nothing and delivering all we had hoped for.

Indeed. I'm expecting more for PII since the upfront and transfer was small in comparison to other deals. Now they know it works as per pre-clinical data and they have a blockbuster, time to pay up.

Thoth, I think you've lost 12million somewhere, $88.4million was the amount due in milestones, we've had 2million. So $86.4million due.

Thoth, what breakdown would you give the deal for chk1? Are you expecting announcement from Sierra to include funding details going forward, they need another £100 million minimum to get the trials progressed and others started, thats also with the hope they can get commercial sales during the trials due to breakthrough announcement.

I suspect that was their intention.

There is a lot coming it seems. Minimum expectation over the next 3 weeks...RNS about an update of the CHK1 trial - Milestone announcement highly possible and interim results with research update. Potential... TYK2 cancer partnered for further development. Aurora, God doesn't even know the answer to that.

Thanks for the reminder Thoth, I think the data for the selected candidates is going to be excellent, they have had plenty time to perfect the compound and once candidate selection is done then imo they will happily license as a company can't then change the work of Tim and John because they THINK they know better. Their expertise will be in high demand and the talk of in-licensing may come to fruition also. Just roll on March now..

We are still waiting on what a lot of the "equals" actually are, things take time, unfortunately, although we have been ploughing all our money into tyk2 for a good while now, should have advanced quite a bit.

Agree, a new broker note should be issued with those calculations. However for me the Sierra news is extremely important. We don't know the details of the milestones so the next one could be huge, and normal agreements would be an advancement to PII, we will get that news on 27th Feb as they release the strategic update for the program. It also removes risk from potential royalties, so that makes us look more attractive and should increase and market cap. Imagine if we didn't increase in value until the royalties, we would see a rise in the ,000's. The more programs the use SRA737 in the more royalities, we gave it to them with 2, standalone and low gem combo, they instantly doubled that, PARPi and I/O. Great partner so far but can't help thinking CRUK gave it away cheap.
