Wonder if we will ever in-license a compound, been talking about it for years but nothing ever happens. Sareum is certainly a unique company and maybe larger firms are not sure on the business model, that is until we license tyk2, a true homegrown compound.

The chairman of a $20billion company is excited by the same target we have 2 individual compounds for, they see promise in this and will be throwing money down the rabbit hole to develop a compound, Sareums immenent release of data and nomination is perfect timing off the back of those comments. A 2 man company with little overheads have 2 compounds for tyk2 targetting, how is that even possible, their small office has no lab equipment either - a true success story in the making of how pharma R&D is better outsourced. Tim and John have been spending their time well and I look forward to seeing what is next.

A decent broker firm can execute these trades, with a simple instruction of, buy me x amount every hour starting at 08:30.
Will pay more than your usual for the trades but when you absolutely have to have them, there are ways, hence the deals before/after hours.

I agree, potential is there and you should hope for the BOD concentrating on the fact that Anti-dsDNA autoantibodies are a recognised biomarker for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Spend some time and money finding the right patients to treat and then your results will be much better. Atleast you have a way forward and I hope it goes well.

Sorry to mention IMM again but looked at a release of data from 29th May and they said "ImmuPharma believes that predictive biomarkers, such as anti-dsDNA autoantibodies, could allow identification of patients that are more likely to respond positively to treatment with Lupuzor™." Bit of an afterthought by IMM and further shows that Tim and John have a hindsight ball, considering our heavy use and time well spent on biomarkers. Give us that update Tim and bask in some glory for lupus treatment.

of course, the people that have benefited have had positive life changing results, unfortunately that hasn't filtered down to shareholders, in fact the opposite. I hope you get a turnaround but a broker note saying 830p is very misleading to investors and the general PI, alterior movite? who knows. Just hope people do their research as the market will decide the price not a broker note, as I'm sure we all have past experience of.

unless its a fake broker note and the big players are going to exit with minimum losses, then it goes down the pan! remember Desire on that oil discovery that turned into water. Just speculating of course

recent opportunities always happen when Sareum are at their timescale for news. Missed BMN and potentially IMM waiting for Tim. But the value of IMM in that broker note is a posotive for Sareum as that is what the market is worth for lupus, in their opinion of course. Hold for Gold I guess.

I find it better to take a look and try and make some money. My first big win was a 4 bag from a random posting about big institution buys in a share. Can't remember the name but it ended with a lawsuit against director for insider dealing, I was well out by then. Anyway, shooting the messenger isnt always beneficial.

Also not heard anything on the cancer studies of tyk2, which is not dependant on SRI, we should expect some data on how we performed against T-ALL, feasibility study via innovate funding had this statement "This investigation culminated in a T-ALL disease model study in which Sareum’s compounds, dosed orally, were well tolerated, presented good exposure to plasma and tumour tissue and showed a dose-dependent effect on a biomarker of TYK2 inhibition and tumour reduction of up to 80%."
