Cash buyout with share swap would be a good ending, Tim and John also taking a part in Sierra and working on their SKIL platform producing compounds for Sierra. Hence the technologies comment in the prospectus. Tim is obviously delighted with what they have done with chk1, one of his "children", why wouldn't you want all your children looked after like that. A day after fathers day seems a nice time to make History for your children Tim. Can you do share swap from AIM to NASDAQ? Everything is lining up nicely and to Tims previous timescale of mid-year. Sierra would be the smart move for the tyk2 license, we have seen how they move on and advance trials, they will like the tyk2 compound thats for sure, its right up their street. Plus they are getting another compound designed by the same people who gave them chk1. It makes sense on all the levels and it was only the finance side they didn't have, is 200mill enough though for that.. might be a heavy backloaded license.
