Well I can say that when Parker arrived I had high hopes for him moving Sareum into a company that was progressive in value. Yet we are no better off in terms of company worth, it's like CHK1 never happened and in fact isn't happening. Tim's odd tweet to a few followers about originally developed at Sareum is the best this company has got. Sad state of affairs and I know we have talked about it numerous times with regards to the PR of Sareum but I thought Parker might change a few things, press a few buttons (not on twitter) and Sareum would start an upward trend. Only a few more months for the tyk2 updates..if they decide to tell us anything.

the millions to 1 is reduced by the way Sareum develop the compounds, the extensive pre-clinical data and the use of biomarkers and targetting the therapy, proven by CHK1 progress. I wonder what the chances are that CHK1 now makes it to market, considering it is now been split into 4 trials for different indications.

Hi Fadec. To my knowledge they cannot make the IV stronger with the same chemical make-up, so they cannot increase the dosage to meet a Maximum Tolerable Dose to complete the toxicology study. Read up on the Chk1 pre-clinical and you will see what happened with that toxicology study for dose escalation. Looks like we are stuck at a mid-point but need to go higher to complete the study.

From looking back at last few updates I think we are short on data for 2 studies on tyk2 which Tim mentions below as being positive. 1. Dose dependency and additive efficacy was observed in preclinical T-ALL models when a Sareum TYK2 inhibitor was used in combination with dexamethasone, a standard-of-care rescue therapy for refractory or resistant T-ALL patients. The Sareum compound as single agent was well tolerated and there was no change in tolerability when combined with dexamethasone. 2. In particular, Sareum is conducting studies to examine the effect TYK2 inhibition has on cells of the immune system in the tumour microenvironment, and on levels of some of the proteins (specifically PD-1, PD-L1 and CTLA4) that are targets of currently marketed immune checkpoint inhibitors. The Company has seen exciting data emerge from these studies in a number of solid tumour models. Initial results show that TYK2 inhibition has a marked and beneficial effect on certain cells and proteins believed to exert an immunosuppressive effect in the tumour microenvironment, resulting in tumour growth inhibition. The Company is now studying the effect of combining TYK2 inhibition with immune checkpoint inhibitors and with chemotherapies, an area of considerable industry activity and potential value. Tim and John will not license until they have selected the candidates, end of. This stops any partner from thinking they know best and making adjustments/tweaks to their work. Tim and John specialise in design, it is very much their baby until they are 100% happy with it. They have stated they have 6 in the late-stage selection, a lesser company would have chosen 1 a while ago, got the deal and moved on, only for results further down the process to disappoint.

Unless Sar put it in black and white then we don't get the desired effect. The tyk2 mid-year targets should be met and will result in individual RNS for the pre-clincal candidate's. In the interim I would expect the datasheets to be updated on the website, they have, in the past, done this without notice. Sar is strange beast but a beast it will be.

The company are basically stating that they have data which is exciting and as such would impact the share price. By not releasing this data to the shareholders they are in breach of AIM rules..unless they are restricted to the release of data due to ongoing license discussions. The only thing they haven't said is a date for conclusion of license discussions, Tim made that mistake previously on CHK1 so he has IMO said everything possible and released as much as he can without releasing the data or confirming license discussions.

This is all you need to know for Chk1: "Sierra is expected to need to complete registration-oriented Phase 2 trials after completion of the above-mentioned studies. They could license this at any time but by the amount of data they are putting together they are wanting to claim that best in class status AGAIN. Some big numbers for any license of these compounds, Id expect a broker note to now show where the value is within the next week. Lupus data still not released though...

Clearly huge progress on tyk2 fronts.. Topical treatment also, this is the money spinner for Sareum. Great investment now for new comers.
