Stoney, I think that makes sense about the GSK comment, Tim refers to these clinical candidates as inflection points, so if GSK aren't in this space they will lose out big time. I'm sure we have past links to GSK but so many leadership changes and strategy adjustments simce then. It is certainly an exciting time in biotech and Sareum are well positioned to take advantage of huge deals in the immediate future. Only 1 share I've seen with such potential of late but I think this could enter the history books for AIM shares at some point.

We have had less cash in the bank previously before a placing, even as low as 300k if I remember rightly. The schedule for milestones from CHK1 is critical for us.
I'm staying positive in that we won't need to raise funds and that a milestone or an Aurora license will be forthcoming in the next 3months. A surprise license for tyk2 auto-immune would be the jewel we are all waiting for.

Tim's mention of an inflection point is yet unplaced with my chain of thought. Can anyone identify what he is referring to? It's in his statement after the highlights.

Does he mean TYK2 being the inflection point within the industry? That is a big statement to make.

An inflection point, for those that aren't sure, in business, means a point in which a major change takes place in the competitive environment. If companies see it and adjust they profit if they miss it or ignore it they are less profitable.
Biggest example of modern times is the arrival of the Internet, or perhaps the arrival of the first iphone, or going back a bit, the creation of the car.

Looks like we will sell off Aurora to fund tyk2 progress, we may avoid a placing by the skin of our teeth if they can pull it off before year end. Then a milestone from Sierra will further advance our position. A lot of positivity in that RNS but the value of the SKIL platform is still a dark horse. If you can hold onto these its almost a certainty a huge deal will be forthcoming for Tyk2.

don't resign yourself yet Thoth. Chk1 was out of the blue with no leaks across multiple parties, we got invested money back before license. IMO..tyk2..too long..too quite..too dismisive...too big for us to move forward...too many indications...too hot a topic for no interest...too hot a topic for us to do it slowly and cheaply.

no-one can argue with your calculations, but, would the chairman get his wife to buy knowing a placing will happen in a few months. Why wouldn't we raise more last time if we anticipated another placing, bet they hate paying fee's more than anyone.

Sareum may, to my dissapointment, incorporate basic data in their results. Hidden and played down, again. Tim, I understand the strategy and you have done amazing to get to where we are today on approx £15million. But the execution of said strategy could be better, the LTHs are full - realise where you are in the pharma world and be proud of your achievements, be bold, be confident and get TYK2 into some big multi indication trials. The tyk2 beast is too big for us, even with a decent CRO. Let the big boys do their thing and get this into humans asap.

No Krone. SDC1801\2 will be this molecule with slight tweaks. Really can't see how they can do these trials, the amount of indications for them both is staggering and we are out of our depth with this, Tim has previously said you can deal at any time if it is the right compound, well I think we have the right compound and at the right time. We have more liklihood of taking Aurora ourselves IMO. Looking forward to seeing the data for both molecules.

Pfizer will have access to Sareum data, that of which we haven't yet seen - in my opinion. Tim must be rubbing his hands with this unique position Sareum are now finding themselves in.
PYC spiked on £500k contract with a big name and we find ourselves continually getting mentioned alongside numerous big names who continually spend billions of dollars on deals for grabbing a share of the market - for the market not to wake up to the potential for Sareum to bag a deal is crazy, considering we are potentially best-in-class, and that could be on numerous indications, the payday we have been waiting for might not be far away.

I didn't know Pfizer had discontinued a number of tyk2/jak inhibitors, maybe they see Sareums as a better option. My money is now heavily on Pfizer to take options on ours.

Something about Sareum and how they behave with the AIM market makes me believe that the end game for Sareum won't be a rising share price up to Thoths 28p but a suspension of the stock and notification of a share swap deal with a large pharma - they are not the PR type, they don't like the limelight or all of the continued publicity, I think they would rather sign a deal and those of us that are holding stock are quids in, and if you aren't then it's back to looking for another 10+bagger.
Tim and John just want to get their heads down and crack on with design, having to use AIM was a necessary evil for them - they have not embraced their shareholders and provided the updates AIM demands, all with the silent confidence of trusting them to know what they are doing. It seems they certainly know what they are doing when it comes to drug design.

So Tim is basically saying, TYK2 is a proven target with excellent results from BMS. The above link now shows that JAK1 is a proven target with more good data.

The fact that we target both with superior selectivity is quite unbelievable when you consider who we are.

Fact is that the data sheets with our drug information have now gone form the website and if you can remember the purpose of these sheets was to also advertise the availability for license/collaboration - the bottom of the fact sheet had that statement and Tims contact details.
If these are no longer available then they are now not available for license/collaboration as all data is now privileged to the licensor.
They have delayed in announcing this for some reason.
