Ah the transformational comment, this was touted by the bod before the CHK1 deal, that "transformational" stage passed and we are now at a lower market cap than before the CHK1 deal. Markets didn't see anything transformational that's for sure.

All, Whilst decided which avenue to explore for further research I delved a little into SRA737 trials. This is when it really hits home about our investment, I found a diary of someone on the SRA737 trial, fully updated from start to current cycle 4 treatment. They are on a break and due CT scan end of this month. Whilst they experienced sickness at start taking 500mg across 5x 100mg tablets they have a very positive story to tell. In short, after 56days, no progression of disease, bones re-calcifying themselves, nausea is under control, mentions stopping the clock on cancer. Next set of results end of Jan.

Hi all. Don't know why people are thinking their compounds are not as good as we thought, they are probably better than any of us can put into words. 10/10 cure on mice for Aurora compound, this doesn't happen on every pre-clinical test you know. Tyk2 compounds are what have attracted the 2 new executives and people of that statue wouldn't put their name against something if they didn't think it had the potential to make a difference. External researchers are making positive comments about our compounds and that should also give us comfort. Chk1 may have stumbled with progress but for the right reasons - you need to choose a target to concentrate on which will bring the most benefit and fastest route to approval, which Sierra have done.
It has been mentioned that TYK2 data is going in a medical journal, obviously, peer-reviewed, this doesn't happen for compounds which have no future.
The drop in share price, whilst frustrating should be viewed as the opposite of what has been mentioned, in-fact it is an early xmas present from Sareum, cheap shares - so instead of buying that new iPad or macbook treat yourself to some Sareum discount shares and buy that ipad in March for free with the profit you've just made buying Sareum cheap.
Uncertainty breeds negativity, and we have a lot of uncertain people at the moment.
It's all doom and gloom - until it's not.

Thanks for that horse, as is our suspicion this confirms that these 2 non-exec's may have been sourced for a forthcoming deal involving Tim and John continuing to advise on the compounds or if the deal involves the SKIL technology then you would want Tim and John involved during any transition.
If we do have this suspected deal lined up for a takeover then you would think that when you get to the stage of the independent committee we are not far off seeing the meat on bone.
Obviously, I am only speculating on these new board members being classed as the committee, they may have objectives miles away from our rose tinted glasses - or they may not.

For the multiple reasons which have already been mentioned in numerous posts and my own personal opinion, I believe a game-changing deal will be concluded before the end of March 2019.
