10years away for a start. We rely on the cancer cell killing itself through inhibiting chk1, which stops the cell cycle repair and the cancer cells instability goes off the scale and the cell dies. Sky news is on about a different "dead end", "forcing cancer cells to adapt in a way that makes them susceptible to a second drug, pushing them towards an evolutionary "dead end"."

It's just my opinion and the fact that when it looks too good to be true - it is!

I do wonder about the analyst and investor event from 6:00-7:00am on June 3 in Chicago to discuss these clinical findings and “potential next steps in the development strategy for SRA737”.

Either they don't have the funds committed and this is to show evidence for progressing or, we will hear about the funding already committed before this event and then we will see the exact plan Sierra have for progressing.
I think the latter as it doesn't feel like they are a company that goes cap in hand at a conference for more money for anyone - those in the know will have knew this information and another RNS from Sierra will be on route with a huge investment from someone.

External reporting is better than internal, look at what Sierra are doing with SRA737 at the investor conference - they are not talking about it, the researchers are, and have probably chosen to.

The risked and non-risked value of chk1 has just increased due to the report of limited side effects and fact it will be moving to oficial PII minimum. Risked value may have doubled.

Chk1 wasn't a product of SKIL, it was co-discovered with ICR alone. SKIL come a few years after that. Sorry to burst the bubble.
It does validate their molecule design skills, but we already know Tim has taken drugs to market with previous companies.

Chk1 has been plagued with nasty side effects - we have got around that, for the first time and now rightly so the best and only in class compound. Tim's educated design has payed off and I wouldn't underestimate a very large purchase of SRA737 from a major.

Are you saying Tim has leaked some data before the ASCO conference for some small gathering in London... Is that data not from preclinical studies in mice, it is stated as being in-vivo.

Gent's, we all know ours is better, let's not doubt the success we've had so far, the class has been flawed with poor compounds only, we will have the evidence in black and white in due course. Time to remain positive on what we have here, not much longer...

Now its been a long time since I last had a 3 day session, perhaps as long as Sareum have had a 3day rise..Could the tide be turning on this share, my 3 day session will turn into a 3 week session if this goes to where we know it belongs.

They see good indications from a chk1i which is less superior to ours. Sierra continue to push for this combo and there lies the reasoning why. All good once again and maybe now the SP is realigning to true value and more so potential
