That was from last years interims. Track record so far for Sierra is all positive - accelerated approval should release substantial milestones and royalties.

Single largest issue of options for Tim and John. Wonder how they come up with Parkers numbers though - from a shareholder perspective he has contributed nothing more than compliance.
The lack of alternative molecules for Tim and John to design is important in my view, they specialise in discovery and design, as a business they currently have nothing in that stage - so there primary expertise and what they have been doing with a number of molecules over the years is not being continued.
Yes, we are concentrating on TYK2 but on a day to day basis what does this look like. The lack of any further discovery molecules, in my opinion, is a leading indicator for Sareum shutting up shop, in a positive manner. Personally, I think Tim and John need to continue screening SKIL and start working on something else - it would be nice to do that with a few hundred million in the bank mind.

Also worth noting that with regards the TYK2/JAK1 compounds we haven't actually shown our hand yet - IMO that is all part of a strategic advancement on the competition - we have held our cards very close our chest to date but once the peer review data is published then it's off to the conference we go.
Still more questions than answers with the results and update but we expect that with Sareum now, and I think you've got to expect that this is the way this sector works, if we do show and tell too early competition will have our expertise.
Best time to be invested in Sareum is certainly the next 18month.

We forget that this CHK1 which is smashing everything it touches was developed at Sareum, they have certainly been out of the spotlight with this one. Lessons learned hopefully.

Will this move the share price...I'm not hopeful. But if we can hang in and trust in the board then this will be immense.

Monday for the Interim results then, wonder if Tim will explain what the new non-execs are doing.Not expecting anything serious but optimistic about this year with Sareum. I just hope for once they can stick to a deadline of 2020 for first in human dosing of Tyk2/JAK1. A lot more details to come before that and hopefully, we won't own it by then anyway.

Trust in Tim and John Krone. Our IC50 value is much lower from what I can remember, which if my thinking is correct this allows for a less concentrated dose. But the proof will be in the pudding, Tim has went public stating that Tyk2/JAK1 is the best so we invest our money in his brain matter.
Be interesting if Sareum commented on the tweet or liked it perhaps.
