Only thing I disagree with is Tim trying to bump up the price, although when a director your also a salesman, he is 1% salesman 99% scientist. You've seen his presentations in the past...
Also, during a bidding war you don't need to increase your price, it's done for you.

Fosun pharma, Tim loves playing the guessing game with shareholders, what's our milestones for chk1, not disclosed initially, who's our Chinese partner, not disclosed, how many times are you on the phone to ICR, mind your own business..haha

Tim has already mentioned application for a grant for COVID testing of our compounds, big pharma will also apply for and get a grant, as why wouldn't they.
There is no reason to not piggyback our tyks into their trials using healthy people for ours and infected for theirs, pharma deals are becoming ever more creative and I expect something similar here, heavy back loaded but big near term milestones if ours passes PI. It means we will always be a phase behind, but with a major running the show this will be saving infected people will minimal delay from proving safety in healthy people. I'd imagine these rules to be relaxed based on the vast amounts of pre-clinical work already carried out, I remember Tim mentioning they were preparing a compelling pre-clinical portfolio and this supports their business model of licensing pre-clinical, Tim has also made past comments about, If you've got the right target and molecule you can license anytime.
Things look to be lining up here, albeit a dire global situation to be in, the 10p party will be via an app at this rate.
It's also safe to say that if we don't hear anything this month then we aren't doing anything but our own small time testing on COVID. It's moving fast out there and we will only get more desperate as the deaths continue, that's why I think big pharma will want every viable option covered, our compounds are better pre-clinical, fact, collaborations are growing and Sareum are in the right place, at the right time, with the right compounds.

What we need to see is another compound, any compound, getting a trial without having human safety results in the bank, we haven't put ours in humans yet remember..be some big tape cutting to out straight into patients and kiss the healthy people out.. But it is strange times arm.

So many missed opportunities whilst waiting on Tim and John to deliver the goods here, NCYT just got in bed with AZ and GSK, what a rise over.

He's an opportunist in my opinion, only looking out for himself and his bum chums. Guarantee he'll never get anything with ICR/CRUK again.

Don't underestimate the effort being applied by the wider community, ICR and CRUK will be big players in this fight, they may...MAY...call upon all resources and contacts, that MAY include Sareum. All bets are clearly off when we are saving the human race from this infection.

Andy, it just always seems that Sareum are slow and late with everything, this extended delay, again, has meant another missed opportunity with NCYT, question is do you sell up Saruem and plow into NCYT - I do feel I've missed that opportunity and bigger gains can be had if, and it's a very very big IF Sareum pull something off here. Tough decisionns but I'm holding Sareum, rightly or wrongly time will tell.

Ahfam, Not so sure - if it's the right compound then the cheque books will open quickly and red tape removed, we just need to know if our TYK2 can be put in a trial for COVID19 patients, remember we were starting trials anyway this year, albeit the back of was the word but with no cure and deaths spiraling everyone is clutching at straws with this. With ICR backing there is no reason why we can't be giving this to COVID19 patients as soon as possible, IMO forget normal protocols, if this help the immune system and it shows effectivness then give it to people now. Would love to hear Tims thoughts on this though.

Hi cfhmetal, with respect you're arguing against your own views. When was lead compound status declared for TYK2?
We are under no illusion that the management need a rocket, but we also appreciate the data sensitivity for such a commercial deal to materialise. With the lack of data around TYK2 untill we hear otherwise then we can only hope Sareum are aiming to deliver on their company strategy. I think they would have got a better pension taking a job with a major instead of starting Sareum, thoughts?
