frustrations, of course, we have all missed other opportunities waiting on our golden egg here. Agree with the PR and marketing but it looks like this is what we have bought in to. The Aurora+FLT3 oral solution is not new, if you look back at previous statements they will say they are looking at oral design. At least nothing is already priced into the SP and the only way is up.

Someone just losing faith in the fundamentals which is a shame as we have candidate selections coming up soon, which is not dependant on anything to do with Sierra. It's a long haul to get to candidate selection as that is the discovery part complete (Sareums expertise). If it doesn't drive a SP increase it is still a huge milestone for the compound and the company. Shortly after candidate selection will be the license, the Aurora one took a few months after selection to be tied up. The license should get us where we want to be.

All of these combo's and potential treatments are all worth big bucks to Sareum, anyone up for looking into a potential market size for each treatment and able to estimate sales and likely royalties to Sareum? Another share I follow the PI's on the BB have made their own website - all good stuff, biased obviously but factual too. I see we have an IT manager on here and a Thoth, something to consider with the lack of PR from Sareum...

Also concluded that tyk2 is actually 4 different molecules: Psoriasis, RA, lupus, etc.. - oral once daily dose (1), topical cream (2) T-ALL, other cancers - single agent and combo (3) immune checkpoint PD-1, PD-L1, CTLA4 (4) If you were to further analyze the potential for clinical trials across this range, i.e. single-agent, in combo for each molecule then someone is going to add a whole lot of excitement to their pipeline this year - I just hope they have the proactive approach and speed of Sierra.

After Stoney mentioned the interims, I took another read. What I noticed under the Chairman and CEO statement was this statement "preclinical discovery and lead optimisation expertise". Not development expertise. Development is going to be the next stage after the immediate candidate selection and our chairman and CEO have just stated they don't really do that. Chk1 was an exception due to the partners involved. Aurora+FLT3 had candidate selection in July 2013 and it was in a co-dev deal in the December. Tyk2 interest has been stated since back in 2013 and with it being a "hot target" recently I am now even more encouraged that once we get the candidates selected a deal will follow this year. As they said we don't do development just discovery. Aurora deal was evidence of that strategy. Another interesting statement from the tyk2 interim update "The Company is developing its TYK2 programmes with the intention of generating compelling preclinical and potentially early clinical data, the basis of which will define the timing and future development and partnering strategy for these candidates." Timing and future development, leading me to think that the work they are doing now will allow the partner to progress the pre-clinical development at an advanced rate and into PI quicker. Partner already lined up, I think so but DYOR. How do you define mid-2018 is the next question.

I don't invest on BB comments though Lucan, they all say 30p+ until it drops back to 10p. Seen it all before. Don't know enough about it at that market cap for upside. Sareum could quadruple with tyk2 news which is due H2. Wonder if loyalty pays in investing..guess we will find out..GLA

Yes, the science is the key asset and it has been validated by the industry through publications. You wouldn't want Tim as a CEO of any other company type than pharma.

Boss, I've been better, watched Bushveld (BMN) double whilst Sareum Stagnate, I had planned to top slice Sareum on Feb news and put in BMN, Sareum let the side down and not done enough research on BMN to know if it is a good entry price at the moment. Will be letting that one slide whilst I wait on Sareum. Always cautious of these miners with assets we will never see, have you seen a documentary called, The China Hustle, if not, find it and watch how the Chinese raped the NASDAQ with reverse take-overs and then just lied on all reports about income etc etc. Biggest unknown fraud of our time. Always sits in my mind with any mineral companies for some reason. $ but i still like 27.5p.
