The issue to me is the zero value attached to Vermelho. If we start to see partnering or a similar type of Orion Royalty deal then those prices seem dirt cheap.

Reckon people will be biting your hand off to get any shares for 3.4p in a few months.

I wonder if the last few months have resulted in the board having greater options on the finance side. When I asked JM and Simon Retter at the last years AGM about the bank finance and spread, the response was that they would probably go with one main bank and have other minor deals with others. Since then the world has changed a bit. We have had the US slash rates, Europe in negative interest and the Brazilian Real drop a lot relative to the dollar. Not to mention the two Brazilian banks in the selection process are now four, (if I recollect correctly).

6 weeks left in H1 so hopefully hear something soon.

EB, Tesla would be amazing, but my thinking is to a big industry player. Vermelho is big bucks to build out for Nickel needed in the EV market. A big company will be needed to deal with logistics and set up to handle this scale of operations to any meaningful size. Our team is small and reckon we would have our hands full realistically dealing with Araguia than trying to get Vermelho going, albeit a little later down the line.

Personally I just have difficulty seeing us being around as an independent for long. Araguia stage 1&2 is a big project in its self. Wonder what appetite our board really has to see this through. (Age and other projects will have some sway).

Probably a combination of Debt, Equity and what amount the off take agreements add.

Could average down more, but that’s a lot for me, So that’s it. Don’t want anymore stupid 1.5p top ups, time for this to move steadily upwards.

Well not that I wanted to see the SP drop further today, then again who does, (unless you’re short of course, lol). I took the opportunity to take new position in my SIPP for SKIN and MWG. Already held both in my ISA. It could drop back again, but at some point the progress and money the company will generate further interest..

Yep totally agree. Orion did the due diligence and stumped up the monies, they know what they are doing and I’ve no doubt they will in for more (equity/debt and royalty) as things progress.

Hard to comprehend the sellers today. I mean from all accounts you could have sold at around 2.5p or above, but it seem on the face of it that some panicked and sold on the way down. Crazy.

Oh well, best to clear those who have to sell and let the SP progress steadily upwards. Good to see more buys coming in as we head up.

No AGM this year to attend, but would be nice to get an update in May.

Now have my all my ISA and SIPP Shares. (2.5M shares, an obscene amount for me and at ave just below 3.4p.) Just got to let JM and the boys get on with things.

No doubts, I’ll still have jittery moments, lol. However, if I take step back, we have progressed a long way on Araguia, bought Vermelho and had a third mine resource update, since I bought my initial 100K shares a few years back.
