Wasarunner, thanks for taking time to put some thoughts on this. All very perplexing when we are so lowly priced at present.

I had another listen to the Investor call and the surprising 12-14p price JM mentioned. At the time of the Orion $25M news release JM suggested that this was like a placing of around 10p. So like others was a bit surprised to hear him now suggesting 12-14p range. The only thing that seems to me that has changed from an asset point of view was the subsequent release of the Vermelho PFS. I wonder if he upped his price to take an element of this into the equation. Unfortunately I’m no financial wizard so no way to prove or disprove this thought.

Yep this is also my hope, as the financial deals will be probably still be behind closed doors, although you never know.

I would also like to know what they are doing on our other project, Vermelho. As the monies from Orion were for Araguia, would be nice to know how we are going to keep this part of our investment on track. Maybe our friends Orion are interested in putting funds to work to get that moving in parallel or at least speed up the works to date.

Thanks westie, just getting frustrated by the low SP and sitting on my hands while we wait for some news on the finance.

Currently there seems zero value attached to Vermelho. If we assume that Araguia finance requires 35% equity raise. Then I assume that the new share holders not only get a share holding in Araguia but Vermelho chucked in, as they now have shares in the overall company. I genuinely hope the board get the SP up before any equity raise. Unless there is a way to raise equity for just Araguia. Happy to be corrected on this. Any views on this.
