Yes same story here, held UOG, but sold down to reinvest. Not that UOG is a bad opportunity, just decided that oil companies don’t fit my think or conviction going forward. (I still hold some shell, but as that’s in my standard account I will be selling that down to put money into my ISA next year).

Flavourshaker, I take it that was a tongue in cheek. Mark Selby I would hazard a guess is fully aware of Horizonte. Let’s face it, we are after all dual listed.

I’m with you and a few others ie DJ on this.

The Orion deal was done at say 10p a share if one takes JM at his word. Doubt a 6B dollar company like Orion would pay that if they didn’t think it was a worthwhile deal. That to me set the standard.

1)No value in the share price for Vermelho.
2)Nickel above our BFS price of $14K to initiate a mine.
3)Araguaia is a Tier 1 asset and not complicated to deliver, with good pay grade in the early years.
4) 5 International Banks are doing the Debt funding rounds.
5) We have Teck & Glencore already onboard and according to the JM slide on Twitter in discussion with HZM on funding.

So yeah to me, the Equity Raise will be well over the current price. How much debatable, but my guess is 12p+ and quite possibly if we get good news flow well into the DJ price zone.

But that’s my take and appreciate others wish to take a conservative view on the price
