Well what a great week that was and hopefully so much more to come over the next few weeks.
As we are just in the foothills of the graph, the rise in the SP is just beginning and as Bachman Turner Overdrive would have said “You ain’t seen nothing yet!”.
For my part I will look at some point to de-risk, but certainly not yet. I’m 58 and lucky enough to have retired at 50 (family health reasons), so for me, my investments are my income generator now. I will review as details on the finance package and potential development plan are announced.
My view is that the current batch of PI shareholders are mainly long term, some newish along with general traders. As news gets out more broadly more PI’s will join, Institutional investors haven’t (at least formally) come on board yet. We are on AIM, so many PI’s will not invest until a bit of certainty is seen (Finance Deal and some big Institutional names onboard). That to me means plenty of investor interest to go and demand to keep the SP moving in an upwards trajectory. (Buying pressure). FOMO hasn’t even begun!
So for now my I’m sitting on my hands. If we reach 12-15p in the run up to finance, I might get twitchy, but the big prize is production, getting a partner for Vermelho and/or a Take-over..
Whatever your approach, it’s fair to say the run up to Christmas is going to be fairly interesting.
Good luck all holders.
