I like the idea of Whitelabelling. . Always a great way of spreading the roots out further for little outlay. As SYME grows, the smaller entities will surely get mopped up.

I am not discounting the possibilities with SYME however Wise, well TransferWise as I know it, is integrated in many platforms. I spotted it on Xero about 12 months ago. It has the ability to generate revenue from ANY business. SYME is really focused on larger entities for the time being. I suspect that might be the driver for the large PE Ratio. It has the scope to increase growth extremely quickly. It will not be long before the takeup of the Wise service becomes more mainstream as a means to pay bills etc.

Brass, this is always the case. The true and fair view is always what should Directors strive for, however what happens in practice is down to the Directors. It is a Directors responsibility to ensure accounting standards are met when they are reporting.

MrCrumpet. . We have a CLN worth £5.6m and a company purchase with an externally verified value of £31m. Future Cash flows expected and the addition of two well connected executives, along with their team. Yes they have some shares, but for me it is a win win. I am cautiously optimistic that Negma will be repaid before any share options are exercised.

We are seemingly in a much stronger position now than we were when the share price was on the 0.5-0.7 range . . I was frankly expecting a low - mid 0.4's range yesterday. Ah well. . .

Given the climate, there is a small minority of organisations that DO NOT have a material uncertainty to continue trading as a going concern. It is not the easiest time to start or operate a business for many. My view is that the rhetoric should be of cautious optimism.

I have just finished skimming through it. . . Not a bad read. We are close to the fireworks going off. The CLN was key to the going concern note, for sure, that being said there are a number of IM transactions that should go off any time soon. Patience is key. . . It should only get better from here on in. Let's see how the market reacts to this.
