The CCJ is quite recent. I had an alert on a website that I subscribe to for work reasons. I get alerts on quite a few companies that I have researched in the past.The CCJ was for £53,280 under case reference M9AH6K9V under the Civil National Business Centre. (HM CTS Northampton). You can get the report from trustonline.org.uk, but you have to pay for it. I am not paying for it as I have put / lost enough on SYME. lol

So I have a couple of questions. If TAG is in liquidation, what will happen to the shares that it holds in SYME? What will happen to any loans that have been granted to SYME? What would be impact be to SYME? If SYME receives the £2m Nuburu advance, will any of that money go to the TAG liquidators? Why has ECP had a CCJ for £56k, last week? Why has AZ gone extremely quiet in the past 12-24 months? Do these look like very good signs for the future of SYME?

wake up hughez, no one is invested. it was a sham from the start. i looked at the rns and laughed… all the years of ready to fly and all the other ****** from syme and they are flapping about £300k. wow. a handful of people on here have lost more than that.

I do not comment much, as it is often futile as some on here are argumentative, however my concern re: FY23 accounts, is that how can a few months after the accounts sign off, can the company cash flow be called into question threatening the going concern basis of preparation. TAG not having any funds, well I suspect we do not need to look at the TAG accounts to get a flavour of what position it is in when you consider RNS's from RTOP and SYME in the past 12 months. Either the evidence presented to the auditors was flawed or false or it was overlooked / not interrogated effectively. As I have said before, I am disappointed with the woeful delivery of the "concept."

If there are a lot of fixed assets that are owned, a sale and lease back arrange could be sought. This might prop up the working capital. We will have to see what happens. I am pretty confident that a solution is there for the taking.

I would be inclined to disagree that it would be insolvent in how you have described. Given the value of net assets , but I do agree that asset are sold off quite cheaply in the event of liquidation, but not that much. I would say that there is a case for a liquidity problem but not insolvency.

Good Afternoon all, I have been reading some of the posts and the one thing that I have taken comfort in is that the balance sheet is quite strong. The Net Asset Value per share is equivalent to $0.04 per share. 4 cents per share, in GBP around 3.3p per share. This is mainly propped up by the fixed asset values which would have been interogated by the auditors. The reduction in share price, for me is not an issue. Am I missing something here, with comments made of technical insolvency, which I do not believe are true.

The share price is a great big steaming pile of [insert your own description here]. Most displeased with the lack of performance in the last 4+ years (ish). I remain hopeful, but nowhere near as positive as I once was. Dilusions of grandeur? Most likely.

TwoGood2Die. Really? The RNS says to me that it is not dead BUT in addition to TheAnalysers points, I am reading that they are looking at non "true sale" contracts as there is not enough appetite to invest in something new that has not been fully tested in law. Bearing in mind that every geographical jurisidiction has its own laws and interpretation / process.

I am still hopeful, but not optimistic.

I have been on here long enough to recognise the value in what everyone says, as everyone is different and what they say, says a lot. Granted it might take me a while sometimes, but I get there in the end.

The major difference with SYME is revenue has been negligible. It would not surprise me if the audit fees were more than revenue.

The Net Asset Value alone makes me feel very comfortable. Once the company is showing good levels of profits and the risk of shareholder wealth reduction is reduced / removed, a share price more reflective would not be far away. The Net Asset Value, as of Dec 23 was $0.04 per share, which is much higher than now, even with the dilution. Onwards and upwards, this just needs time and patience.

Google is not right sadly. This relates to a delayed trade from earlier in the day.

I am reading that ECP will be selling the Bond and their balance sheet will increase as a result of reversing the impairment adjustments. I am assuming this would be cash or a cash equivalent.

For this to happen SFE EL surely must have done some due diligence on the recoverability of the bond and the scope for a return on the investment. Could it be leveraged to take control of SYME by acquisition of SYME shares owed by TAG? Is this another transactional manoeuvre by AZ and associates?

It still seems too good to be true but need time to digest.
