Thank you Theanalyzer.
It may appear that reading between the lines of that transaction, AZ may have thought it would have kicked off by now and the share price would be higher. Hmm. We will all be watching with anticipation as this unfolds.
I wonder if this is the reason for the delay in a number of IM transactions, as it could be construed as a threat to the going concern, by the likes of Banco BPM? ( I could be clutching at straws ).
But. . . going back to day one, with SYME went with the Reverse Takeover, why would TAG need the 73m euro loan (via 1A2F Ltd) Surely, the IP / Goodwill and assets of the SYME platform would have been wholly owned by AZ and / or TAG in the first instance? It seems like a very convoluted set of transactions, to the uninitiated. I suppose AZ might have a few irons in the fire, regarding business opportunities, notwithstanding RTOP, to which the funds were used for? At this point who knows.
I would consider it reasonable that The Management Team, such as the Chairman and CFO, would be privy to all of these legacy transactions, even though they are not directly SYME related, as it has a potential to harm SYME. I live in hope that as they are still in their positions, that all will be well?
