When I made my first investment, August / September last year I was vary cautious and optimistic. . . As time has gone by the probability of failure, in my opinion, has reduced dramatically to a point where anything is possible, but likely improbable. One final piece of disclosure is required for this to go bonkers and that is the first transaction(s) confirmed.

No one would entertain an offer or sign a document to sell an interest in a profitable business, if there was not the means in which to move forward. I think we can take comfort that there is Cash in the bank to move forward.
