MODE getting an FCA registration for money activities is a step in the right direction. the FCA are trying to push consumers to regulated crypto "money" businesses towards their Code of Practice, particularly for AML. This should help, provided the FCA don't go above their station.

I read an article on Accountancy Daily this morning, written by Peter Doge a Barrister for Radcliffe Chambers.

To summarise, spectulative investors in Cryptocurrency are going to be pushed towards cryptoasset firms that are regulated and following the AML procedures.

Rather than anyone setting up and being a crypto firm, it is becoming more difficult, which should protect established firms, like MODE, and consumers

Hunniford. . perfect. . . I have taken positive views from the RNS. TF would not be selling if they did not think they wouldn't be increasing the wealth potential. If they have seven or eight figures invested in this move, then I can't see how my very small investment, by comparison should not be treated with the same positive opportunity.

Yes. I am of the same opinion. . Had a quick look had a giggle with some of the comments, but thought .. given the choice of dilution now with the possibility of dilution later, what is to lose. My stake. lol. . But we are on this earth once and 20 odd years ago, who would have thought Amazon would be a global force for reckoning. It was always going to be rocky in the short term, but this is not a short term play in my view.

I can't see the issue with the RNS and all the negative chatter that comes with it. You are unlikely to get an explanation as there is an imbalance of those that can see the long term positive from this RNS as they are expecting a get rich quick scheme. Ergo we are sharing a BB with some uneducated and highly emotional individuals.

Also remember that we are gaining an established and profitable business with opportunities to scale both businesses by working together. Remember the Directors' main function is the steer the ship and maximise shareholder wealth.

Without the financing, going concern may well have been an issue.... I'm relaxed about it. No-one loans millions without their own Due Diligence.
