What software are you using to view the L2 board?

I made a bit from EUA about 6-12 months ago, rode it from 18p to just under 30p then come out. Lots of talk about big takeovers. Found VELA and got up to about 11m shares, then sold 5m shares and pumped into SYME. . . I thought SYME would have done better by now. . alas left with 6m VELA which should be okay for the next 12 months or so.

Dealer55, you invested in SYME as well then. . lol. . . I felt the burn yesterday.

I played around with some figures and IF, only if, the SGS investment gave a 10 fold return, after Corporation Tax, it could boost the Net Asset Value up to around 0.69p, per share. (On current share levels). I am not implying a 10 fold return as frankly I do not have a clue as regards its possible outcome or returns, I just picked a figure at random.

The question then really boils down to, what returns are possible AND what else is in the pipeline with the increased level of capital? Further SGS projects?

Hi Dealer55. . Morning. . . That was on my mind but I did not want to write it . . . Some over sensitive people on these boards, when things start to go well.

The new Director will bring additional expertise and capacity to strengthen the board of Directors. This to me implies that there is an expectation that there is going to be an increased activity within the business. Taking on someone with these skills and familiarity with VELA is a pretty awesome move. Maximum value for the company, without having to fund a full time professional position.

I have noticed that these after hours buy trades are going off book. The contrasting "sell" transactions are showing up as sells earlier on in the day. The London Stock Exchange site does show a little more information. When I first spotted it, I noticed that the sell trades were not on the LSE website trade listings. It could well be the mopping up of day traders or PI's being over trigger happy on the sell button. I suspect that this might be just movement between Institutional Investors. Who knows.

Hi Extrader, we can only guess at this point however if they have set very conservative criteria, in which to include in forward looking projections, this leads me to believe that however likely transactions are to happen, and revenue be generated, if they have not fulfilled the criteria, they are not included. It could be as simple as the funder is awaiting further information from the clients in the next batch of IM. It could be the clients awaiting stock valuations. . . It could be a whole number of things.

I get AZ's message about under-promising and over-delivering, I got some entertainment from the way that he said it. So many Private Investors that have been complaining, and I can agree, but only to a point. The key focus is getting the business going, with lots of moving parts. IT will come, but just takes time.

Looking at forecasted IM revenue streams for the year ended 31/12/2021 - 2022 respectively implies, at a rate of 2% £250m monetised inventories. . . We are approaching the better part of the financial year by the sounds of it.

I'm of the opinion that it is these big buy orders that have been holding the share price down. I could be wrong. .

Hi Muck, I have to agree, a good summary…. Yes the Arcadia trial is the biggest single investment, it not the only one. I brought into the concept of VELA on the basis that they will do much better due diligence than me, so I see it as more of an investment fund, with specific investment objectives that I find fascinating….. anything technical is of interest to me.

Filled by the CFEP market maker I am guessing. . I had been watching them today. . .They brought the buy up to 0.36 then dropped out at about 1330.
