Well I am about 50% down on £22k, with 5.25m shares. I could have easily spent this money on something else, like a depreciating car.

I am of the opinion that my attitude to risk is that I am prepared for a massive reduction in value for the opportunity of the massive upside in the long term. I am not gutted, I was expecting a lesser reduction in value and still maintain that the shares are worth more, in my opinion. Therefore I will not sell. Those that are of a similar view may well come to the point that we check on one day and they will have gone straight up, and think $hit, where did that come from?

Connectivity is something that we should be leading the way with, but sadly we are woefully behind as a country. A client of mine moved to Canada in 2016 and was amazed he could get a gigabit internet connection for $30 per month. 5 years on and the average is one 20th of that now, here.

All of the recent appointments are more than likely planned or reactions to the demands of the key funders.

When AZ said in early January, "we are ready to fly", I am reading into this in terms of the technology infrastructure. There is no doubt in my view that Funders would have made statements like, "we are concerned about putting our capital at risk without a CFO", amungst other things.

It is obvious that as long as time passes without an IM, the price will drop to reflect the markets view on the increased risk of business failure. This being said, I am still of the opinion to hold and buy more if funds permit. The level of expertise in the business is not to be sniffed at. AZ and the management will be held over a barrell, to a certain extent by II's and funders to fulfil their risk appetites. Once the wheel starts turning the share price will deal with itself. Patience is key and enjoy life, SYME will take care of itself.

This RNS for Cizzle is interesting as it indirectly affects VELA in a positive way. . . When you consider the obligations reported with regard to SGS, commercialisation may well be getting close.

I would be interested in reading the financial statements of SGS, which are due to be reported to Companies House today.

The accounts are due to be with Companies House by tomorrow (not necessarily visible as it can take around 2 weeks for posted accounts to appear on the register). The thought has crossed my mind for a planned suspension to lock in the shares, to avoid a drop??? I doubt it, but it crossed my mind.
