Hows L2 looking Steve?

Both KLSO and MM have been quiet on LinkedIn so far.....

Looks like another -10% after TU type of day. I can't understand it either, why the IIs continue to back the current BOD. Unless brown envelopes are being sent their way, its really makes no sense at all.

Agree that it makes sense Inv101. However, I don't think they are in any rush as there aren't a bunch of firms lining up to take positions in THG that may increase the share price. Herein lies the problem, no (visible) suitors and no (visible) pressure being applied to MM from the IIs.

Well. This is now down to the big boys to start applying pressure, if they haven't started already.

He's made his position pretty clear. Either the market ascribes the right value for the divisions, or strategic initiatives will be explored. PI's are powerless here, he's digging his heels in and the only option is for someone to physically move him out of the way.

Has anyone noticed that MM stammers a lot when on these calls? Nerves or otherwise, he doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Not that this is the most important thing, it's all about figures.

He did. And basically said that unless the market starts ascribing a proper valuation, "strategic initiatives" will be looked at, using the ingenuity demerger as an example.

It's gotta be a bot right? or maybe, just maybe, buying a stock at 3.30 and seeing it drop to 39p does some irreversible damage to a person's mental health.

What exactly do you expect L2 to look like at this stage Steve? Why would prospective investors be lining up to buy before results given the lack of info out at the moment? L2 is lining up as expected - people are waiting for the TU before they put their chips down

Im glad we agree. Lets pick the bones of the trading update when it arrives and then Im sure we will all discuss whether 30p or £1.30 is a more likely price in the coming months
