I don’t think this is a good deal and as a shareholder it’s just another kick in the teeth

My initial comment was in relation to the live chat: when you have investors listening to other retail investors about how a primary market deal has taken place, it’s becomes extremely concerning

All I’m saying is step back and take a holistic view of the deal

If you bought shares in the last 12-24 months you’ll never get a return based on the new dilution

I’ve been in this situation before and the company de-listed and actually Changed its name before completely disappearing.

If it does de list you’ll struggle to find anyone to buy your shares any way

Hopefully the board are investigated for knowingly misleading the market though wouldn’t hold my breathe. CTAG comes to mind…….

Disappointing / disgusting from the board

I watched the AGM live when Mr Tovey said they had no plans to de list. At that moment in time he would have known they had plans to leave the market

I see a few comments alluding to the fact that there may be an upside from here but this has all happened before and shareholders are left holding the baby. There won’t be a market to sell into and when there is, the price will be ridiculously low.

There’s a trade here but don’t get caught out

For the benefit of transparency, I sold yesterday and got out with a 70% loss having been 60% up at highs
