We are now at the point in the sale transaction where there is just one item that needs to be signed off by the Joint Administrator's legal team; we consider this to be a formality and would like to plan to start up again tomorrow.

As it is not yet complete- and we don't expect this to happen until tomorrow morning- I would like to ask you to attend work at 2pm tomorrow, finishing at your usual finish time of 4.30pm. By doing so, your employment will have started before the bank holiday weekend, and you will then be eligible to be paid on bank holiday Monday.
